we are currently around 1.265 billion shares on offer and a fair way short of 2 billion. Last CR was for the ATL 1103 phase 2 trials and we have enough cash until mid 2104. Successful phase 2 trials will see our SP higher and possible large Pharma deal with upfront payment. Biotech world is a slow process but as mentioned here by others ANP are about to start ATL 1103 trials and TJab jv progressing in coming weeks should give us some news flow and hopeful Sp price increase closer to 2 cents.
