Value your post no disrespect
But don't you think a company that is about to spend 800 million on a plant wouldn't of taken these factors into consideration.
They have spent millions on research an marketing before they thought about entering this kind of game and they would have also had projections of how cost worthy it would be if ree market turned as it has done.
As we know markets that go up will always come back down.
