One thing that supports my gut feel that all will end in an okay fashion is the fact that we have not heard anything from Chris Bremner. If he still owns 18% of the company then even at the current MC that represents ~$2.7M and we all know that he has bought shares at prices significantly higher than today's prices.
If I was him and I knew there was going to be a problem I would have contacted Computershare, purchased a list of BLT shareholders and sent them all a letter seeking a meeting to remove the Board. (Which is what we could do if want to proceed with a meeting.) I would have done this after the last AGM. But there has been nothing. I cannot believe that he would simply sit back and hope that his millions of dollars are going to be protected.
I may be wrong, but I still have a HOLD and not a SELL sentiment. This however does not mean that I agree with the way management has managed the current situation because I think this could have been handled much better.
