DW2, I took no offence but I did feel the need to explain why I was not "passing the buck". If I lived in Sydney I would have no problem in taking on this role but time is of the essence and organising travel/accommodation etc is something that can be avoided if we can get the right person who is already a Sydney resident.

On Monday/Tuesday the half yearly report is due. If Peter has picked up on our mood then maybe the accompanying letter/commentary will give us a little more insight?

I don't feel we are asking for much and calling for an extraordinary meeting of shareholders seems a very large hammer to crack what should have been a small nut. I would much prefer for one of us to meet him face to face and resolve the matter amicably.
