they are all spec explorers with little cash in the bank until the discovery proves to be major
how do you tell them apart before the discovery proves to major ?
which one goes in the lucky pile, which one goes in the ordinary P&D pile ?
we haven't had the 'proving test' yet. so it's pretty hard to tell which category ICG goes into
[and I don't know why everyone though MNE was so great]
