I believe Andyno3 post is very relevant and why there is negativity toward this stock. Lack of consistency in information is In my opinion part of the reason people are selling. If you don't feel that you are getting all of the facts from the company that you invest in, and find conflicting reports then you have to decide whether you hold or move on.

As far as NWE marketing itself, I belive that its story and results could have articulated better than it has.
