From resolution 6 which was approved:
"2. The proposed issue of Shares and Options is expected to be within 5 business days following Shareholder approval, but in the event of a delay, no later than 13th February 2013."
The deadline has already passed, so would need to be voted on again anyway, but Monash will want more shares for their money considering the current share price. Those negotiations would explain the delay. If that's the case, we should tell them to keep their money!
