No that line has in fact been used in previous announcements.
The way I read it, they are saying that there is an opportunity to generate income by licensing the technology they have developed. That might be the production and supply chain know how and/or the basic system of extracting and synthesizing the dendritic cells.
I don't believe they are proposing to sell their manufacturing plants.
