    Chinese authorities don't like bidding against each other

    The board is hamstrung or had no choice?

    When was that the case?

    When Hanlong bought the Talbot stake?

    When the bid was first lobbed?

    Tell me SID how the board could have worked it different?

    Hanlong China made a conditional bid back in 2011....we were hamstrung re China counterparts involvement when that happened....we always have been
