ANG has broken through the important $5 level on very high (for ANG) volume and looks to have a great launching pad for a big run. On the fundamental side Montgomery's Skaffold program gives it a 2014 Intrinsic Value of $5.87, and looking at broker recommendations on Etrade Pro the only three recommendations for ANG are all Strong Buys. I'd buy more myself but I'm fully invested :)
