Also, we must not forget that AVB will be on the radar of 14 analysts/funds who attended a road show on site with senior management of AVB. I would imagine that todays presentation would also have been personally emailed to them to keep them advised of developments. It provides some starting point figures in terms of profitability of the project for them get a little more interested and with funding announcement pending it could be all they are waiting on.

It would take one of two of these funds to decide on taking a position to set the SP alight.
