It appears that this particular issue of shares to Sophisticated Investors was part of a resolution passed at the last GM on 30/11/12.
There is still an amount of 3,284,407 remaining placement capacity according to the announcement.
Shares were issued at 3.7c on 15 & 22 Feb
... .. .. .. 4.0. .. 15 Jan
I assume the resolution for the 40m issue to SI's will still go ahead whether they get the participants is another story.
