re: u spin offfffffff! -but shares down don't worry about getting uranium shares. The company is going to own 70-80% of the shares anyway. What you have to look at is the brilliant way the company intends to use it's urnanium shares to raise capital. No one would deny that the Vallaha share price will go through the roof when it lists. RSG will probably sell off shares as they need capital, if not to develop the uranium assets perhaps to develop more gold mines.
A company making move IMO.
