The IG have had 3 legal entities look at varoius documentation/information and as such the IG are now proceeding with formalising the documentation and process. GGP have been put on notice and advised that as the proceedings are in Victoria they need to indicate to the IG when they would like mediation to occur. The IG are still waiting for a response.
