The failure of NDO to sustain any type of rally above the spp offering of 2.7c tells me there will be no Viking deal.I'm sure Phil and the board have known this for quite some time but have been reluctant to admit they are swimming out of their depth.
Plan B will be painted as a rosy alternative and the market will dismiss any chance of it ever happening ... and on we go
