Hi everyone, I hope that some on this forum, can for their own sanity, understand that some of the posters (BGA included) are very correct in that it is a minimum of 6 to 18 months before anything substantial or quantitative comes out of these legal proceedings. No amount of theories or prophecies are going to change that. I invested a solid amount because I believe CXY will eventually win this court case but I have also accepted that it will take a long time. I would not have made the commitment to this company without them having the coal leases or the potential for expansion into Asia for their UCG process and this is what really all we have right now. I personally believe that the coal leases have more potential associated with them ATM then the court case does. CXY has a very bright future indeed compared to the dark days of kingaroy.
