It's the big bad BOTS controlled by the brokers who subtly
buy small parcels for their clients basically at no cost to themselves but at the expense of retail investors. Everyone knows it should be outlawed but probably never will be because politicians are among those being serviced by the sais brokers. This is partly the cause of the low sp.
