Retirement of Director
As announced at the last AGM, Mr. Richard G Tweedie stood down as Chairman
and indicated his intention to retire as a Board member early this year.
Richard has now formally resigned as a Director of Cue effective 25th
February 2013.
Richard Tweedie joined the Cue board in 1997 and was Chairman from August
2001 to November 2012.
The Board records its thanks to Richard for his long contribution and
commitment to the company over this extended period.
Richard's hard work over many years created a company with very sound
fundamentals. He leaves the company in excellent standing, with a strong
foundation for further growth.
On a personal level, I would like to record my thanks to Richard for his
welcome to the Cue Board, his guidance, business insights and support during
the past year.
We wish him well in his future personal and business endeavours.
