    $1.10 trades , in small volume .... is something up here, a takeover for ARW wouldn't suprise me in the least, shareprice movement today is pretty hard to explain. Would make a great addition to any of the multitude of global "green funds" who have very long-term time horizons ... $2.00 offer would give AMU $75m in cash ... serious play money !!
