i think i need to go to therapy after reading Bigmac's post. Obviously its all plain as day to see whats happened, but seeing it in writing was a tad depressing!
On the bright side, im no longer worried from here on as to when i should sell out, . Theres not much downside left to consider, so i may as well wait n see.
