Surly it is not your contention that builders are not making an absolute fortune?
Subbies are also doing well but of course if they spend too much they will fold, too many boats, Fast cars and 10 BR houses etc.
Basically the whole building industry needs fixing, the suppliers are charging twice what things cost overseas, the governments are taking huge charges and taxes for no return, wages and red tape all are responsible
It will need a disaster to fix it all, it's been a fools paradise.
