Paps, modelling is just that. If degrees/finance/accounting allowed someone to read market emotions and trading I wouldn't be here lol.
Modelling only uses the information on hand with various assumptions as forecasts. No model of mine with the information given could have predicted cost blow out after cost blowout, therefore adding to dilution. On paper Karara looked very attractive in the beginning.
Personally I wouldn't be buying 'big' into GBG at current levels too. We are extremely vulnerable.
GBG have gone from under 500m shares to 1.490 BILLION since my first investment. Tripled...... #$%^ers.
This won't see $1 again without a consolidation or maybe in 5-10 years time with a massive expansion.
