so why is it that gbg need to come up with 60 million in interest payments (2 billion @3 %)
the joint venture needs to come up with 60 million of which gbg is responsible for 50 %

as with the capital raising did ansteel add an extra 60 million to karara coffers as well as giving 22 million to to gbg to maintain their 36 % stake

am i just being stupid here ?

50/50 means just that equal in every way
