dividend paid/payable - 15.8?

The recent releases refer to a dividend paid/payable of 15.8 with this note:
"Dividends paid/payable refer to the interim dividends either paid or payable for the 1H periods. It is calculated as the gross figure (excluding DRP)"

Where does this figure come from? The gross dividend would be 10c/0.7 = 14.28, so I am having trouble understanding it.
