When you may a forecast, the figures that matter are the available facts and estimations available beforehand. After the event, the figures that matter are what is found. At the moment, we don't know what has been found, therefore reasonable projections can only be made on a best efforts mean averages basis.

At the moment, the mean averages forecast for GOPO is 3000% and GOP 2300% if a middle of the road successful strike is made. The end results can obviously be lower or higher depending on what is found or not. That's standard forecasting procedure.
