Anyone looked at the substance behind Pancon? Must take a look re their ability to contribute to development costs/engage an offtake partner.
Like any other RE wannabe the prospect will live or die on it's ability to sign a partner. Late 2015 is an advantage.
Been meaning to email Gareth Hatch with the "oxide and carbonate issue", I'll get off my bum and do it.
