The debt is a big and impending problem, because again, at the end of a reporting period there is no cash to speak of on the balance sheet. Take out the tax refund and the Op Cash Flow less the stay in business capex costs, and you don't have much left over.
The question in the short-term is how do they fund anything? How long can you keep wringing the necks of your debtors and delaying your creditors?
Capital raising looks likely. But at what price? The last was $0.52, the share price is now $0.36. The discount could be very large.
