"Under Mongolian Law, a Mining Licence can only be granted on a project where its exploration report, resources and reserves have been reviewed in detail, approved and officially registered with MRAM. This is a significant part of the application process for converting the Nuurst Project from an Exploration Licence to a Mining Licence."
imo its just a matter of time, not if but when for the minning licence. The MRAM would not sign off this far if they are not happy with MOU!
Whats this price movement is about imo is all about a CR and keeping a VWAP in check.
Make no mistake the terms of the CR have already been set.
Just my thoughts and very happy to hold and accumulate.
