ultra, quite simply shareholders should call for an EGM to remove Peter Thompson.
notice yet again today $166 order to sell GBZ back down from 2.9c, the fact management dont even have a broker in their corner to combat crap like this shows what sort of clout Peter has in the business.
some attempt to keep SP around 5c should have been made to tempt LRD to continue with tranche 2, but that clearly didnt happen.
appears LRD happy to remain rooted at 44% down on their original $1 million investment.
obviously they have decided to try and get shares handed to them at an even cheaper price!
i honestly dont think anything mangement have done( or in this case, not done) has been to assist in creating shareholder value.
