persistentone, I think the cashflow situation you're alluding to can be attributed to the one line in the cashflow statement that reads: Net increase in personal loans. CCV is increasing its loan book - by $19.6m this half.
Whether its correct or not, it's coming out of operating cashflow. One could argue that it should be in "investing cashflows" instead. With more loans written, the company can charge more interest.. and you can see the increase in both the accruals and cashflow statements.
Add $19.6m back onto operating cashflows and the accruals and cashflow profits pretty much match up. Hope that helps.
