Okay so lets go back to the tacere deal, they where paid in share and possible future earnings, now why would you agree to sell up for $1.5 million worth benitec shares knowing, that a few months down the track you are going to get diluted by %50 or more. I don't believe more shares will be issued. By the looks of it maybe Carl is really worth every cent.
