    Been busy outfitting a boat.
Looking like we may have a court finalisation before the end of the year (fingers crossed). The important thing at the moment is to make sure there is no way the respondents can find a technicality to get the case thrown out.

An interesting article on uranium http://moneymorning.com/2013/01/22/why-uranium-prices-are-at-a-critical-tipping-point/

A question for the long term holders;-

Patrick Mutz’s CV from the Deep Yellow web site is https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:GXYP_i_zBbYJ:www.deepyellow.com.au/download-70.html+&hl=en&gl=au&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESg4eQCAJ88iOfyxwgunCTAWErppS-24etFefM3kM_Ubw7n89L4UIjNJ3MQW8lzC-O0kiCnxxJY4Rrk0Z-BeqaVVJ6ZxPVh6JMxxEfhqcyxBjnFmg2wFU-K0ZGToN60BzB95wcKd&sig=AHIEtbQ0v9kbQRNiwtRJrkrkE1NOK3lITg

AGS 2004 annual http://www.allianceresources.com.au/IRM/Company/ShowPage.aspx/PDFs/1133-10000000/2004AnnualReport , middle of page 12, has Quaser targeting copper-gold deposits, which they probably had to drive over the top of 4 Mile on their way too, from Beverley.
Is there a simple explanation as to why a Uranium Company run by a guy with 30 years experience in Uranium, was looking for copper-gold in the tenement next door to the uranium mine he had been working on, for close to 2 decade?

I am sitting tight, letting this play out to its conclusion.
It will be a very interesting court case, if it gets that far. The cross examination of witnesses will generate a lot of international media attention.
