That "All Ords" "promotion" doesn't come into effect until after the close of trade on 15 March, i.e. 18 March and that could coincide very nicely with the stabilized flow rates from halifax-1 and post R.J.'s London visit and presentation this weekend. see if any new fund managers enter our Share registry from that date??
