It's all very disappointing to see that the market doesn't seem to care.

There is absolutely no interest in AGS at present and we drift downward as the " sharks " circle and take us out as our nerves fail us.

It's ironic that our only hope, in the foreseeable future at least, lies in the hands of our " tormentors " .

Our one hope?

Let the mining begin as soon as possible before we get into single cents territory

I mean its going to all take years if we leave it to the lawyers and our excruciating court system.

What's right , fair or just has nothing to do with this " battle " in the real world. It all comes down to how long this torture is taking or will take till the end game

As I've said before. The market says its all too long and drawn out.

So down we go, unless, our JV partner commence to mine as soon as they say they intend to.

If they do mine does it really matter if we get a positive court outcome later?

Can't we be compensated for any disadvantage we incurred or lost prior to a positive court outcome?

I mean whatever way we try and " massage " it at present.
We have no way out of this mess in a real sense for a long long time.
Barring any settlement of course, which seems unlikely IMO based on what we've seen over the past few years

I truly hope I'm talking bull dust !!
