I think that you understood, but just in case I wasn't clear, the usd$550m PNG valuation is total PRL4 and PRL21, so if they sell 50% they will get usd$225 (tax free). I don't think the 25% PPL259 interest is for sale. My reference to "at least usd$0.52 share price" is in relation to the strike price of the convertible bonds.
HZN also flagged payment of dividends going forward if partial asset sale proceeds. I wouldn't be surprised if they give some guidance on timing when/if PNG asset sale happens. It could be as early as for the June 2013 half.
A dividend (unfranked) would also put HZN on more institutional investors and retail investors radar.
