Maximising RSG's CN accumulation was step 1.
RSG holders know they are pinching a future growth engine for nicks. Meanwhile their company is a cash machine....
so RSG could reasonably fund a CR for NMG from earnings...
Or they could let NMG fall on its arse and pick up the pieces from the administrator/liquidator. I expect they will increase their holding first.
RSG Management won't worry too much about the ST SP.
