Yeah Asian buyers is a hot topic, in NZ it is, not good at all.

Buying everything, all out of reach for the normal folk.

I think the GOV will tread carefully about opening up the boarders completely to non-residents.

They won't even allow kiwi's to get access to full services and their Australias closest friendly nation and they pay full tax and work in Aus.

Does make me sad that people expect high price for shelter seems greedy.

Greed has taken the world it seems, never used to be this greedy.

The Aus economy is slowing due to the FACT that the cost for shelter is sucking all the money from all the locals because its so expensive to own, something will give at some point... there will be a spark and thats it.. when that spark will happen is anyone's guess but they do happen.
