slt raising?

Ar the risk of starting people off laughing any ideas
on the recent SLT decline?
I've noticed that whenever the Frostie stable have
a determined sell down it's followed by a mates-rates
issue at bargain basement rayes eg. IMI,PRR.
I originally thought this was going to be at 25c but
it looks like they're going for the jackpot - 15c?
lower?? This is only my theory so dont act upon
it - do your own research.
Any other theories?
