Makes you wonder, if the IMF & IFC actually "got together" on Abu Dabbab it would get off the ground sooner & start benefiting hundreds of Egyptians both directly & indirectly.
Ian / Jon, perhaps inviting some representatives of both camps out on site to see the substantial progress to date with our own local advisers may assist our finance process ?
IFC is well overdue for an inspection/update and IMF could witness a project where the Government could directly inject some debt to get Egyptians employed AND "recoup its outlay in full with interest in a short period"
