"and his replacement has experience in forensics, reconstruction and insolvency (Rodgers Reidy)."

    Sisyphus

Thats what you posted in a post(8939809) some time back re Ian P.'s replacement. It certainly has stuck in my mind since.

I hope the new replacement does not need to use his experience for insolvency and then reconstruction as far as AGS is concerned.lol

Sludge, Management can thank their lucky stars that they happened across the (yet to be proven) deception because without it they did sign us away, thats history now though. imo

I've posted many times that imo the only result that justifies the legal procedings is the return of the entire asset. It may take years, who knows but its no use negotiating a lesser outcome just to end it because some share holders are restless.imo

Its unfortunate that Shareholders cannot get into a hall somewhere with I.G and the Legal Team one on one and have them explain the direction the Legal procedeings will take the Company. An EGM would help to alleviate S/Holders concerns.imo

I believe that when I attended the AGM(2 yrs ago) the information givern re the Legals was limited not by the C.Clause.

Surely S/H are entitled now, to know if there has been any mediation or negotiation along the way and the status of same ie negotiation/mediation has been exhausted or is ongoing. This has been going for years now, whats been really happening? Secrecy can feed and foster mistrust.imo

As it stands now we have to wait and believe that the Court will decide our fate and then we go from there.

I.G. made a remark to me off the cuff at the Brisbane preso, that he's been told he may "end up a rich man", I hope he does, along with us.!
