    ??? CUL had $1.4 mill in the kitty at end of last quarter.
    Obviously this is seen as an opportune time to top up the coffers, ahead of some serious (?) exploration?

    I would have waited for a teeny weeny result of some kind to lift the sp a bit before diluting.....
