re: sept qtr profit Miningnut - well thats good to know that your calcs were based on around 25k tonnes production, I thought we might have needed about 40k annualised to hit those numbers. Which means that the following qtr will be a real ripper !!!
Nothing really riveting on the legal side of things, difficult to judge from his comments whether he believes that there is a clear event that will put paid to the legal suit, although I did get the indication that the AFP are expected to wrap things up in the next 30 days or so
Talked a bit about the cathode plant and the need for 40/50m sometime next year to fund that. No doubt he'll be wanting a much stronger sp if that is going to be partly or fully funded by equity.
To be honest he was a little guarded and quoting mainly already published info. He'd just returned from the plant so not sure if it was jet lag or just a general caution that the recent S&G issue has created in him.
