The announcement was ok but its still lacking any real detail around the key issue. Where is the money coming from?
“The company continues to examine off-takes/ funding options for stage 1 from a number of Brazilian and international groups.” This sounds promising but until it happens the market will sit and wait.
It's hard to see the share price surge based on the vibe of an announcement like todays.
