No it is IGO's call, the IGO September quarterly said Rosie only contains 30000 tonnes of nickel and that C2 is uneconomical ATM and no jorc estimate. Not exactly great news. Their Dec quarterly said the project is under review. Hmmm maybe they will give the project back to stb ? They had 5 years to bring out a DFS, that time is over, doubt they will release the DFS, could be good for STB. IGO 70% STB 30% atm
