My theory is that the Bibiani villagers will eat that $85m for breakfast. They will then need to be placated with $100m for lunch and later on with another $120m for dinner.

Where did everybody think the $200m or so has been spent so far ny NMG without even completing the crusher?

In my wild dreams I sees lots of very well fed Bibiani folk driving new cars etc. All thanks to the benefactor that has been captured by wild dreams of gold in a pit in the depths of Ghana.

Of course once the $120m has been spent on dinner and the plant/crusher is finally running any fat (ie profits) from the operations will go back into the bottomless pit that goes to make one very happy large village.
