Hi supermajor.

That I believe is 5% of ONE Tenement.
They have I believe 3 other tenements in Guinea, plus Applications for another 3, I thought,but looking at the last picture it looks like another has been added to the North West joining the other tenements,so 4 now.

I would think that the cost to mine and get to a ship for export will be very cheap.
It depends on transport to port,but should still be very cheap.
Looking at Iron Ore prices at present,I would not be surprised if they have a cost in the $20 to $30 range and a sell price around $120 to 4140 per tonne.

Sundance Resources. Close to 500kls from Port.
Have to build Rail Corridor,Rail Track,Buy or lease Trains and Wagons.This Rail Corrodor is through jungle.
Cost over $2 billion Dollars.
Mine sites are high hills of 800 to 1000mts above sea level.The DSO is + 62%Fe.At or close to surface. Average depth of plus 50mt to as deep as just over 100mts deep.
No proper Roads in the area,just dirt tracks. Closest tarmack will be about 50kls or more away for the next 4 or 5 years.

The Port has to be built but will be cheap compaired to in the Pilbara,less than $1 billion Dollars.
Mine Site cost on top of those figures.

Sundance Resources DSO cost estimated to be around $23 Dollars per tonne,on ship.

Nemex DSO less than 60kls from Two Rail heads at present.
Two Ports within 150 kls of tenements at present.
These distances will be shorter once the new Tenement Applications have been approved.
DSO at surface or within one metre of surface in most cases. Drilling at present expected to be down to the 10 to 15 mt depth mark.
All if not most Iron Ore Strike areas are in an area of open plain ground,with Iron Stone showing on surface.Very few trees if any as far as I am aware.

I am fairly new to this company and its tenements,so I hope I have got all the facts right.
