unless unless the SM wants to start another campaign.... the ultimate shakeout with the ultimate reverse pscyhology to wrongfoot holders into thinking LYC is not even worth 0.58.
so they can accumlate as it goes below 0.55.
but how can they manage that ? maybe they do still have bullets or otherwise they need to borrow some.
