Yep, no doubt one of the selling points to SI's was the possibility of a Viking deal.

Couldn't have been a main point though, as very little selling has occurred since it was terminated.

Hopefully they'll hang around for the G II and G Nth drills, but I wouldn't count on it as the Ocean Patriot is now going into Singas in mid March for her 5 yr special ABS survey.

She'll be due on Galoc II location early May...providing the survey doesn't find any major flaws that have to be rectified.

That rig status report was out yesterday, so no doubt a revised start time for the G II drill from mid March to mid May will need to be be forthcoming from the operator, and that won't be good news flow, especially for these SI's!
