I think that Slippin's comment is worthy of further discussion.

I believe Anatol would make an excellent addition as a non-executive director of NSE. He has alot of skin in the game and I would feel alot better about my investment knowing we have him there pushing the board to move as quickly on our two projects as possible. He appears to have significant business acumen and his propensity for detailed research cannot be denied.

It seems that he has hit a brick wall with his research as of now in the absence of further details from the last drill but by having access to the data room he may be able to add significant value to the board's direction by combining his research he has made up to now and continuing to work hard.

"Showman" from PLV and "Mcillree" from GGG have done well on hotcopper whilst being directors of their respective companies so Anatol could do the same. Obviously, he would have to be very careful or refrain from posting on NSE.

Anyway, I may be barking up the wrong tree but I'd be interested in your view Anatol whether you would be interested or have time? Then of course, we would need to know whether the board would consider his application and if not, just how many votes would support him. If he was to attain 5% proxy votes, then he could call an EGM to bring the resolution to the shareholders but this may be not necessary if Sam and the board were to endorse the idea?
