    the notices issued today are just business as usual

    does not negate a possible entitement offer, which can be done retrospectively

    my guess is GTE will not want to make the same mistake again & be sure Kaz can start before doing an entitlement

    personally, the directors would not be prudent, imo, in letting go of GTEOB
